Although I appreciate Nintendo have their own ideas, unless otherwise stated as a sequel to a previous game I try to consider every Zelda game as another parallel world story. Places like Termina and Labrynna are canon and they are alternate realities: it makes more sense that there are multiple Hyrule too.
