Amber, I hope you have finally found the peace you have been looking for. It always takes some guts to share a story like this.

I cannot speak of experience because the church here in the UK is a very different place. But from the other side of the pond it seems like these evangelists are not aware of the irony of their actions and haven't looked much at what Jesus said in recent years.
