As a Christian I love the lore in Raiders and Last Crusade. We watched them a lot at church youth group as a kid (together with some other fantastic movies like Chariots of Fire) but my favourite is still Temple of Doom.

Bar the Ants and the Fridge I think people are a little unfair on Kingdom. I don’t think Aliens are any less of a mystical backdrop than a Biblical one and it plays right into a lot of mesoamerican mysteries such as the Nazca Lines and the actual Crystal Skull.
