Companies will forever be in conflict if they don't go all-in one way or the other.

WFH doesn't work if you're trying to maintain a classic 9-5 with colleagues at HQ; all you've done is swap one desk for another.

WFH only works if employees success is measured on jobs done and not time spent. It allows you to weave your job into your personal life so you can slot hours in before the kids wake up, in between chores, wilst they're at school and then an evening inbox sweep.

But that only works if the whole company is doing it.
