Don’t get involved, Mark!

We normal people you review tech for couldn’t give a monkeys’ about Apple’s ‘slower’ SSDs or the topping out of a chipset running a program it was never designed for. Your average punter in the Apple Store is never going to notice any difference :)

The SSD is a supply chain issue. If I ran Apple’s storage warehouse I would know that it is infinitely more efficient to have one floor full of 256gb SSDs than 2 floors full of 128gb ones. I have halved my storage costs and also my shipping needs.

I can’t wait to see the studio you build out of the Mac Mini because thats a lot closer to the sort of stuff a bedroom nerd like me might do over running Final Cut.
