Every year I keep wishing they'd give us full manual control and every year they keep disappointing. I shouldn't have to pay a subscription (A SUBSCRIPTION!) for a camera app like Halide just to have a manual shutter or force macro mode.

My old Lumia 620 from 2013 had these features; an iPhone in 2022, especially one that advertises itself as 'Pro' definitely should.
