EVs are most welcome but they are still a sticking plaster. We need mass transit reform so it’s cheaper, comfortable and more convenient to get the train, bus or tram to where you need to go with the car being a backup.

Here in the UK trains are a lot faster than cars when going between major cities but they’re also far more expensive. London and back from my house is about £50 in Petrol (ie 4 people) but £90 return for a single adult.
