But we've all been in that situation where a web ad suddenly pops up showing us something we mentioned in passing to a colleague that we had otherwise made no attention of. This seems to have happened to enough people to be more than a lucky coincidence.
The point is that is if there is even the remotest possibility Meta is rinsing my photos thrrough basic object recognition to better profile me for advert space I'd rather not take that chance.
