I am all for speed limits, limiting road deaths, 20mph suburban limits, traffic calming methods and making it safer for kids to just play outside.

But having vehicles that 'nanny state' drivers into obeying the law aren't doing anything to people's sense of personal responsibility and is quite the invasion of civil liberties, don't you think?
