I can’t speak for Android as it lacks the hardware but Scaniverse on iOS (and iPadOS) is completely free and will also upload to Sketchfab as well. But because it uses the LiDAR sensor to build a skeleton and a 60fps video feed for Photogrammetry it can process all the images on-device in a fraction of the time it takes to upload it to a server. The data is also stored locally so you can guarantee that 3D model isn’t sat on some far off server somewhere.
