I do wonder if the market has the new G10 model inverted. For 99.9% of tasks the A14 is as good as the M2 on an iPad. Apple didn't release a more expensive entry level as much as release a much cheaper 'Pro'. Thats a line of iPads that is £400 more expensive and only really 1% better.
This would explain the very purposeful business decisions of selling it in a range of 'fisher price' colours and the Pencil dongle: they don't want people to know how low value the Air and Pro lines are so they make the G10 look like its aimed at kids.
Throw a 3rd party case and pencil at it and you have a £600 all-in machine that can handle anything.
