I know Mando has more of a mainstream audience but they’ve also put some deep lore cuts into Bad Batch which deal with the starts of the cloning program and the Emperor’s search for immortality.

I also thought it was pretty obvious from the beginning of Mandalorian that this is what they were dealing with; they kidnapped Grogu because they needed his blood to make a clone that was strong in the force. They can create the body but can they create midichlorians?

Future generations will have all the lore and in between series to watch and maybe ROS won’t seem like such a daft u-turn?
