I often ponder if God themselves are a scientist who put in place the underlying laws of the cosmos to bring inevitable order from the chaos.

It may be that when they discovered chaotic, messy life in the equation they continued to study and take notes! Or it may be that life was the point and its existence, given the right set of circumstances isn't random as much as inevitable. Perhaps the purpose of the universe is life itself?
