I think your choice is easier than you think :)

Do you need LiDAR? Probably not

Do you desperately want a 90hz screen? Again, you can live without it.

In which case the Air is your sweet spot. Don't bother with the Pro because its not great value for money. The iPad doesn't have any software or features that push the top-end models.

Now for accessories. First off avoid Apple's keyboard cases like the plague. Are they good? Yes. Are they overpriced? Yes!
