I tried homescreen widgets but I am a creature of habit and my homescreen setup hasn't changed much since iPhone OS 1.

Does the official Twitter app offer any advantages? I'm a lifelong user of Twitterrific (and I've tried a few others like Fenyx, Hootsuite and Echofon) and its chronological, ad-free timeline.
