I use the iPad Pro every day and whilst I do love the display I think that Apple sells it more to desktop owners who want an expensive accessory.

The M1 MBA can be gotten for as little as £700 refurb and for every task people wish the iPad Pro did (without considering the limitations of the processor in a portable, fan-less device) the M1 MBA smokes it at.

After the M1 MBA the iPad Air is probably the best value computer Apple sells.
