I'd argue that every company is boring now, the exciting days of constant innovation long since passed. iPhones are in their 'washing machine' phase, a reliable neccessity but unexciting all the same. Sure you can make them fold but a folding spoon is still a spoon.

One thing that hasn't changed is how much you can tinker with MacOS though! There are loads you can do under the hood to really change the experience or craft your own hacks.

My advice? Download GB Studio and go back to your twenties!
