If I were the DOJ I’d be looking more closely at the Apple/Google mobile duopoly. Google happily supports iOS yet Windows Phone 7 and WebOS both sank without Google support. Google has been a bedfellow of Apple since the first gen iPhone and Apple pay them $$$ for the privilege.

If we want to talk about anti-competitive actions then they should ask why there isn’t a 3rd mobile OS choice and no competition in the space for 13 years.

We only need look too close to home and see what happens when you only have 2 choices in a marketplace.
