I’m busy writing the treatise on it myself but the next big trend in UX will be what I have coined ‘Ergonomorphism’, where the physical way the user interacts with the app will be as important (if not more so) than its physical appearance.

This is where we will see people who are actually qualified as designers swim to the top and people who just browsed Figma sink to the bottom.
