Indoor mapping is a underutilised feature in some serious need of a revamp. Its not hard to find companies or higher education facilities with the equipment needed to make 1:1 scans of the interior and exterior of, say a shopping mall. This could be done in late hours so there is no public to dodge.
That model could then be bought into Unreal Engine 5 and processed into an app. Malls, in this case could install UWB IOT sensors across their interiors giving phones with them spatial awareness inside a building.
You could then not only access directions to particular places inside but also see on a 3D model exactly where someone who has shared their location with you is in realtime.
