It works both ways.

I once gave a reply to an interview question that was definitely not what they wanted to hear and it wasn’t even a wacky box-thinking one either. Their body language was a dead giveaway.

The next 20 minutes was spent with one guy sheepishly asking me questions whilst the other one just stared out the window.

If you think I’m the wrong candidate for the job after 5 minutes then do me the decency of saying so and not wasting both our times.
