My thoughts are where this leaves the M1 Air, Apple’s best value dollar-for-GHz computer? Will we see the M2 base model start for the magic price of $999?

I’m still not a fan of Cooks’ replacement of the classic Good/Better/Best buying model with the Best/Worser/Worst one. The two are not equal to each other.
