No company is one person and whilst Jobs was certainly a driving force at the heart of the whole tech industry, he was just one man. I would recommend giving 'The One Device' by Brian Merchant a read to see how the iPhone wasn't just a flash-in-the-pan eureka! moment but the culmination of over a century of technology and ideas as well as behind-the-scenes skunkworks projects Jobs knew nothing about.
Apple have in many ways become a better company without Ive. Ive needed Jobs to reign in his excesses and without his input we had the butterfly keyboard and trashcan Mac debacles.
The modern Apple is a company of utility as much as aesthetics. They put as much though to the inside of the device, as evidenced by the M1 chip which was a huge leap forward for silicon. They've started bringing back useful features like card readers and magsafe and given its highest end users the Mac Studio.
Apple isn't dying; they are metamophosizing.
