I felt the exact same way and even embraced my anxiety as a comfort to avoid other people. I've since remembered how much I value the company of others.
I do look back fondly though. During the first lockdown I got to act as a stay-at-home dad whilst my wife went out to support the front lines. Spending 3 whole months going on walks out to the Peak District that surrounds my city over than lovely summer we had whilst the boys were 7 and 12 was time I would never have otherwise gotten.
In lockdown Jan 2021 I got to homeschool my youngest whilst he did online lessons. Whenever it snowed we took the day off and went outside to play whilst other children looked on through their windows!
