Sadly the currency for a better AI is a loss of some privacy.

I have no doubt Apple caches a lot of on-device AI request background data to later beam back to HQ for analysis and training but Google may be doing far worse.

Gemini though it leaps ahead of Apple Intelligence but it lives on a far flung server instead of being backed into the OS.
