Spotify pays artists half of what Apple does for streaming a track. This alone is reason enough to move platforms. I can also rip cheap charity shop CD's (many of which have tracks streaming services lack) to the desktop and upload them for cloud streaming. Spotify has nothing like this.

For me the biggest flaw is that it opens on the 'pick a random playlist' screen rather than your own music library.
