Tesla's problems stem from its cars being US-centric and just too big for the narrow streets of Eurasian cities to cope with en masse. The early adopter market has now plateued and they're struggling to upsell to families. Range anxiety has fallen further down the list of priorities for buyers with no off-street parking and a 3m gap to park in.
Tesla need to start looking at city cars with universal-standard hot-swappable batteries that can be unlocked and switched at supercharger points for the cost of however much it was to charge it. Build these in density at existing forecourts all around europe and asia.
