The current 'metal health breakdown' as some news outlets might call it can be boiled down to a lack of hope. Current western governments, particularly those of english speaking nations have either had nothing to offer voters for over a decade or have been stifled by an opposition that sees themselves as natural rulers but still offers nothing to improve the lives of average citizens.

For many years we hoped that perhaps technology would save us from ourselves but that got hijacked by same media enablers of todays statesmen.

Ironically the only time in the last few years where there seemed like there was any light through the clouds was the pandemic. Communities came together to support each other and there was a collective sense of belonging fuelled by a worldwide event.
