The last time I bought a phone directly from Apple they used Yodel as the delivery company which is most definitely not looking after the customer!

On the other hand I think its genuinely great that it doesn’t matter which doesn’t really matter which ecosystem you sit in or how much you spend on a device, there are good phones at all prices and OSes.
