The stylus is the differentiator for me. The Pixel and OnePlus just open out to become bigger phones; the Z Fold becomes an iPad Mini with a very capable desktop-out mode. There is an arguement that you could if you wanted to run your entire work life from a Z Fold if you so wished.

I just hope Samsung pull out their chequebook and get some exclusive software ported over. If they could get an exclusive version of Procreate for example....
