There is still a big question mark surrounding AI and its appeal to the mass market. I won't disagree that Apple are behind in its development but does anybody outside the technosphere actually care? I'm not convinced that AI has been a major selling point of the Pixel 8 Pro or the S24 Ultra compared to just being great 'normal' phones.
