These are some nice additions but I wonder why Apple don’t just drop the annual ‘lump sum’ software updates and just drop all the features over 12 months giving us something constant to look forward to.

Widgets on the desktop, eh? I remember this being a hidden developer option in Tiger and now it seems Windows Vista is the big influence :S
