This one is easy: Do all your shopping runs and chores on a Saturday leaving Sunday free for walks, family and relaxation.
If you must meet friends, arrange a Saturday breakfast meal so you have the rest of the day free without social engagement anxiety hanging over your head. Better yet do it on a week night.
If you arrange Saturday evening plans you will spent the whole day thinking about them, limiting other plans (“we have to be at X by Y o’clock to meet Z”) and then clogging your Sunday visiting the store and doing laundry.
Seriously: move your social engagements to week nights or Saturday mornings only and it will change your world.
