this sounds just as bad as ordering your shiny new iPhone directly from Apple and then getting a huge sinking feeling when you get an email telling you your parcel will be delivered (or not) by Yodel the following day. As you can imagine the following evening I had to make an expensive taxi ride to the Yodel depot in the pouring rain to pick up the phone (An iPhone 6 in this case) as the driver decided at the last minute it wasn't worth visiting my house at 2pm.
