To give the leakers some credit I often think they’re working on guesstimates rather than actual rumours. Eg Samsung have had periscopes for ages, this has to be the year Apple put one in. That one wasn’t too far off the mark, it’s just Apple didn their ‘reengineer’ trick of making a better prism that fits into a smaller space!

The environmental bit I thought was a winner. Every company harps on about carbon offsetting but how much do you actually see them carry this out? Apple actually put their money where there mouth is here.

Why they continue to update the watch every year I will never know. That thing needs to go on a 2 or more year update cycle similar to the iPad. Apple has zero competition in this space on its own devices so why bother?

The iPhone 15 lines are a decent upgrade. Last year was a 13S year in all but name and this year with improved chipsets, the proper 5x zoom and USB-C we finally see them reach their potential.


It just begs the question: where the heck does this leave the 16?
