Perhaps the saddest irony of The Truman Show is that the role of Truman and Christof have now been flipped and we have members of the public actively wanting to be imprisoned within their own Tiktok or-related bubble asking for instruction on what to do from the audience.

There is definitely room for another brave writer and director to tackle that subject matter.
