What I see are 2 winners.

Windows 11 ARM runs incredibly well in virtualisation on an M1 MacBook Air.

A savvy user would buy a MacBook, virtualise Win11 and use everything in that. Microsoft still picks up the subs; Apple gets a hardware sale.
