When I see this I think of Ned Flanders who I once read was the most recognisable Christian in America.

Before the Simpsons left the 1990's and became a characticature of itself, it had a lot of heart amongst the jokes. Within the over-religious-ness of the Flanders' household we can all chuckle at lies a man who never showed his oaf of a neighbour anything other than love and kindness.

Or to quote said oaf: "If everyone here were like Ned Flanders, there’d be no need for heaven. We’d already be there."
