Whilst it is about time Evernote upped their game a little I find Craft to be, well Trello and Notion to require a degree in note taking to actually make any use of.

Evernote needs to double down on its simplicity, ubiquity, the incredibly useful web clipper and get some AI plugin going on.

A good idea would be to forge some sort of deal with Samsung. Currently there is no easy way to jot something down with the S23 Ultra's S-Pen and then have the same scribbled note appear on an iPad. Evernote could be that link.
