You can’t fault them for trying!
I do wonder if many of these features have failed because for most users Windows is just a necessary evil layer between their hardware and what they want it to do. At the same time home users will be constrained to an app or just have loads of browser tabs open.
As in, if you are logging on to your work PC to load up AutoCAD and Revit then Windows will only interest you as a file manager and a set of settings.
Therefore maybe Microsoft should strip Windows 12 down to its bare essentials and then just offer up an a la cart menu of services and apps from the store rather than trying to shoehorn in a bunch of features that are really just hogging the system?
